Name: Sparrow
Gender: Male
Personality: Sparrow is an eccentric young lion, quite interesting and considered foolish by some, yet he couldn't be smarter. He has the habit of talking in riddles, often confusing many, making him seem stupid and talkative. However, if you can make through his language, you can find that though young, Sparrow is wise for his years. His eyes in themselves are knowing, deep an intelligent. He enjoys the company of others, yet, lives alone and thrives that way. He may seem cowardly, always choosing to run from a fight, but, if you back him into a corner and there truly isn't an escape, Sparrow uses minimal force, but still is quite strong, and can fight his way out, though he'll take quite a few blows before attacking back.
Sparrow has funny, yet true views on the pridelanders, never swaying one way or another, not causing trouble, but, siding with those who he sees logical, though in wit only. He would never chose to fight, though he would go stand in the middle of one and suffer a beating for trying to break the two sides up. He always has an open door and welcomes anyone, though he goes where he pleases and has no respect for borders, seeing them as insignificant and petty. Sparrow looks at everything as though he's flying overhead, not in the thick of it, and this makes his judgement clear.
History: Sparrow was born in the outlands. Though not a prince, he was of rather honored birth - not that it mattered. He was a runt, and so he was left to die. However, die he did not. The young messy cub was found by a pair of brothers who were freely traveling, getting all they could out of life. And it was with them Sparrow was raised that way, growing, though small and lean, hardy and with a boatload of endurance. However, it was then that his life was ripped apart, when they returned to the place he'd been born - one of the brothers was easily swayed, wanting to join the outlanders. The other wanted to join the pridelanders. An argument erupted, and it ended in a bloody fight, leaving Sparrow alone, and with a view of both prides that was less then good.
Role Play example: Hawkgaze liked this place. No doubt it was stupidity that brought him here often. Oh, sure there was some logic behind his actions, or ho he would say. For starters, by coming here every day and firmly keeping cat scent rooted here, it was less likely for any predators to settle. And, if there was one here, the sooner it was chased out, the better. But, those were logic reasons for his coming here. Hawkgaze did not work on logic. He came out here every other day to seek danger. Hawkgaze was one of those that went looking for danger, since it often had trouble finding him. Of course, if he serched hard enough, he would, to his delight, come acrioss it every once in a while. Today, however, was not one of his successful danger-hunting days.
The graceful Havana brown tomcat padded up to the entrance, sniffing the air. All the layered scents of predators were stale, nothing fresh. It looked like another boring day. Still, Hawkgaze decided to take a look. Her compressed his big boned body and slunk through the hole. The light dimmed, but, Hawkgaze could still see. He walked father in, still crouched slightly. Then the tomcat heard a slight scuffling. He froze for a second, but, began to slink froward the noise, more careful now. He soon found himself bending over four little fuzzy creatures, and they brought a smile to his face - some stupid, misguided rabbit had had her babies here. No doubt they would be devoured buy some lucky fox or badger. However, Hawkgaze refused to be the cause of their death. He gave them a quick sniff before turning and leaving. They would be a wonderful way to check if predators returned, but, he found himself hoping that they would live to adulthood.
The cat pushed his way out of the now-rabbit den, sliding lithely back to his full height, stretching. He yawned, looking up at the sun. It nearing dusk, the sun burning red near the edge of the horizon. The sky was a silky purple. Hawkgaze liked the look of the sunset, and, with a well-aimed leap, he launched himself at a nearby tree, slowly pulling himself up to a branch. He then draped himself over it, laying his head on the branch. Some movement down blow caught his attention, and he looked down to see a rabbit scurry into the old den. He smiled to himself.

Name: Nikkita
Gender: Female
Personality: She is a cool lioness. When there is a fiht she keeps her head and stays neutral. She rather not fight, she sees no point. For this reason she in a lone lion. She prefers it that way. If help is needed from either the outsider or pridelanders she will help. She is very hard to anger, in fact, near impossible.
Nikkita has the love for cubs. If she finds one left to die, she'll raise it, until it is ready to join a pride or live as an loner. She is friendly to any cubs. She has helped a few back to their pride.
History: Nikkita was actual a princess to a far off pride. She hated her life there. She was always to pick sides and fight. She hated fights. Then, one day, she ran. She never looked back and nor does she miss her life there. SHe traveled. She came here and found more prides. She was frustrated that she couldn't run from the prides, but this land gave her shelter, food, and water so she stayed. For awhile she was tempted to join one, but decided she liked being a loner more.
Role Play example: Wolfpaw watched as his mentor assessed his stance. He looked up at is mentor and searched his mentor face for disappointment or distaste, but found now. He let out a relieved sigh. He wasn't judging his skills like other cats do. He watched his mentor note his stance with him leaning to one side. He raised his self up quickly.
"I thought putting a little more weight on that side would be helpful. If I'm attacked from that side I would have more weight on that side," Wolfpaw mewed for once without a whine, complaint, or a mop in his voice. "That way it would be harder to knock me over."
Wolfpaw watched his mentor spring, dodge, and use stealth. He kept his one good eye on Tidalhaunt. He watched mentor repeat it again, all nice a smooth. He looked nervous when Tidalhaunt told him to try it. His ear flatten to his head and let out a small sigh. He lean go back down into the crouch and then sprung forward. He held out his beared claws, but when he landed, he landed on his front paws and tumbled forward. He let out a growl. He shook his head in anger and lashed out his tail in anger. He was angry and embarrassed. He turn and looked at his mentor with sorrow and disappointment glaze. "I'm no good at any of this! I'm useless, I can't even pounce at something without tripped up!"
Wolfpaw walked slowly back over to Tidalhaunt. He let out a sigh and quickly mewed, "I'm sorry you got such a worthless apprentice." He looked down at the ground and dug his claws into the ground in anger.
